Many of you are familiar with the Star of the Magi and the text from the Bible that tells the story of the Magis journey to see the newborn baby Jesus Christ.
The original star of the Magi
“The magi went on their way, and the star they had seen in the east went ahead of them until it stopped over the place where the child was.
When they saw the star, they were overjoyed.
On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him.
Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold and of incense and of myrrh.”
(Matthew 2)
I find it ironic (and amusing) that just as Obama descended upon Norway to accept his unearned Nobel Peace Prize, we see a similar “star” (i.e. that ‘mysterious spiral blue light‘ ) appearing in the sky!
New Star of the Magi?
A coincidence?
Maybe…but isn’t this exactly what the Liberals have been saying all along?
That OBAMA IS THE MESSIAH!
Perhaps this is the “New” star of the Magi is simply the proof we’ve all been waiting for!
No disrespect intended to Christians everywhere…I just thought the irony was too good to pass up.
